Climate change photography supporting climate literacy

Last year, one of my photographs was selected as one of 100 images for the Climate Visuals and TED Countdown ‘Visualizing Climate Change’ collection.

Climate Visuals, from Climate Outreach, is the “world's only evidence-based and impact focused climate photography resource.”

It’s a great collection of climate change images that are freely available to key groups communicating on climate, including the editorial media, educators, campaigners and non-for-profit groups. (To make use of the images you’ll need to register for free with the Climate Visuals library).

I’m pleased to see that my photo, taken at the mouth of the Zandvlei estuary at Muizenberg beach, has been used for a climate literacy website by Interreg Italy-Croatia, AdriaClim (supported by the European Regional Development Fund).
